Fraud Detection Platform
- Architected a distributed fraud detection platform with four event-driven microservices communicating through Apache Kafka, enabling fault-tolerant transaction processing and sub-500ms detection latency.
- Developed a hybrid risk-scoring engine combining five rule-based checks with Google Gemini AI (40% rules, 60% AI), classifying transactions as LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH risk with explainable reasoning.
- Implemented Redis-backed velocity checks, geo-location anomaly detection, and device fingerprinting; automated high-risk alerts through Kafka consumers and Nodemailer.
Qlue
- Engineered an AI-powered BI dashboard that converts natural language to SQL using Google Gemini, enabling non-technical users to analyze datasets interactively.
- Implemented RabbitMQ-based concurrent query handling with WebSocket streaming and schema-agnostic CSV ingestion that auto-generates PostgreSQL tables across six chart types.
- Implemented JWT authentication, bcrypt password hashing, and email password reset; deployed with Netlify, Render, and NeonDB in a Turborepo monorepo.
MiniCDN
- Built a distributed CDN with edge nodes in Mumbai, London, and NYC using a TypeScript API gateway with GeoIP routing and automatic failover. A Go LRU cache reduced latency from ~300ms to ~4ms (75×).
- Designed Redis Pub/Sub cache invalidation that propagates PURGE events to every edge in under 5ms, and used singleflight to collapse 1,000 concurrent misses into one origin fetch.
- Instrumented eight Prometheus metrics per edge; achieved a 90%+ cache hit rate and sub-5ms p95 response time with a MinIO-backed, S3-compatible origin.
ErrorHub
- Developed a four-layer error monitoring platform comprising SDK, CLI, API, and dashboard.
- Built SDKs that auto-capture uncaughtException and unhandledRejection events with stack-trace metadata.
- Designed REST APIs with API-key validation and PostgreSQL-based project isolation for secure multi-project error tracking.
